A&J Painting and Handyman Services
1. Quotation
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are based on site condition at time of inspection.
2. Payment Terms
Payment schedule will be stated in official quotation.
Balance payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
3. Scope of Work
Work includes surface preparation, plastering of cracks (if stated), and painting as agreed.
Any additional work not stated in quotation will be separately charged.
Furniture should be cleared or properly protected before work begins.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customer must ensure site access during agreed working hours.
5. Warranty
Touch-up warranty (if stated) covers workmanship defects only.
Warranty does not cover water leakage, structural cracks, or damage caused by third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
A&J Painting and Handyman Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the agreed contract.
